We deliver everywhere around the world! Please see the information below for the postage rates for your location.

For freight and wholesale orders please contact us directly. We reserve the right to re-quote delivery charges for orders that are very large.

UK ORDERS

Postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK are charged at the following fixed rates:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Postage and packing charges for deliveries to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world (ROTW, which includes the USA, Canada, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand) are charged at the following fixed rates:

International orders worth £100+ will be sent via FedEx due to the extra weight and further tracking necessary to a parcel of this size. The prices above reflect the average cost to send as such.

What about duties and taxes?

As the recipient you, the customer, are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of such duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to advise the amount this may be.

DELIVERY TIMES

We'll rush your models own make-up to you as soon as we can — we know you’ll be dying to get your hands on it!

Orders to UK addresses are sent via first class post and take three to five business days. For orders outside the UK, please allow up to four weeks, depending on how far the parcel needs to travel.

Please note that during sales and other periods of high demand processing and dispatching orders can take longer than normal. Customers in the UK should expect to wait five to seven business days for orders to arrive during these times. RETURNS

We think you’ll love your models own. But if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returned items providing they’re still in the complete original packaging and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We can provide a refund although it will be less delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, we’ll refund any return postage costs.

Please return your product (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you’ll need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail in case your package gets lost. (BACK TO TOP)
