Hayley Skates to Victory

Ex-Emmerdale star Hayley Tamaddon has won this series of Dancing on Ice. She beat The Bill’s Gary Lucy after they both skated to their own interpretation of Torvil and Dean’s iconic Bolero. Clearly overjoyed at winning, Tamaddon said it was “a dream come true.” Congrats!

Andrew Lloyd Webber begins search for Dorothy

Andrew Lloyd Webber has begun his search for a star in his new West End production of Over The Rainbow. Along with a new star the BBC show has a new all-star judging panel. Eastenders’ John Partridge, Sister Act star Sheila Hancock and Charlotte Church have all been signed up to the show.

Team Jacob beats Team Edward at Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards

Finally the news all Team Jacob fans have been wanting to hear. Last night Taylor Lautner beat Robert Pattinson in two of the categories at the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards. Lautner won Favourite Male Actor and Jacob and Bella won cutest on-screen couple! Go Team Jacob.

Good news: the new series of Dancing On Ice starts tonight at 9pm on ITV1. We have a new judge in the lovely Emma Bunton, and last year’s winner, Ray Quinn, performs a duet with skating partner Maria Filippov.

Contestants this year include Heather Mills, Sharron Davies, Bobby Davro and Danniella Westbrook.

Here’s the problem: it totally clashes with Celebrity Big Brother, which is also on at 9pm over on Channel 4. Even worse, it’s a live edition of CBB, and somebody new is heavily tipped to be entering the house!
